We always quote approximately 6 weeks to make our suits, in reality they usually take 4 to 6 weeks. However if you need your suit made sooner please ask, we charge a little extra for an express made suit
2. How much will a two piece suit cost me?
roomten two piece suits start from £499. This includes you designing your suit, 2/3 fittings, 100% wool fabric, many additional features (which other companies charge for) and any final tweaks/adjustments needed, which are all done by our in house tailors! It is the fabric that dictates the price of your suit and with over 6000 different fabrics to show you from the leading British and Italian mills we have a great choice.
3. How many fittings will I need?
Two to three fittings are usually needed for your first roomten made-to-measure suit. The first fitting includes designing your suit, taking up to 50 body measurements and you trying on one of our roomten suits. Once your suit is made we will contact you to arrange your next fitting, you will only need a third fitting if we need to do any fine tuning to your fitted suit.
4. Can I customise my suit?
Of course, we have literally hundreds of ways you can customise your suit! You design your suit (with our help)! We always have in house designed roomten suits to help and inspire you to create your own unique suit!
5. Do you create an individual pattern for me?
Yes, every customer has a unique pattern built from their measurements.
6. Is there an extra charge for tall or large men?
No, we do not charge extra for tall or large customers. If you fit into this category, then please ask us for tips on designing your garment. The design of your suit is very important to ensure the correct proportions and style is achieved to create the optimum fit and design.
7. How do I know I am receiving a quality garment?
Compare our products and see: don’t order or buy a made to measure suit from anyone unless you have seen samples of their work and designs. You will be hard pressed to find anyone that matches us on our three core competencies: Fit, Design and Quality of Build and Finish!
8. What if my suit doesn’t fit me to my satisfaction?
We genuinely won’t let a suit leave our stores unless we are happy with your suit. However if you’re not entirely satisfied with your garment then please let us know as soon as possible! We will arrange a fitting with one of our tailors and make any necessary alterations, you can rest assure we want to make you happy with your purchase.
